Shipping and returns

IMPORTANT
Once the shipment has left, we cannot change the delivery address.
If you aren’t at home or cannot pick it up, please contact the carrier (You will be provided an email with tracking information that will also tell you who is delivering your order). 

Once order has been dropped off with the carrier GRMY is not responsible for the shipment, we ship every order with insurance and signature confirmation, we also provide every customer with a tracking number, if for whatever reason you do not receive the package we will try to help you locate the shipment but are not responsible for the shipment once is out of our hands. If you do not receive your item you will have to file a claim against the carrier, again we will try to help in any way we can but are not responsible once package is dropped off with carrier.

If shipment is returned to sender due to missing information in the delivery address we will refund your order minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.


RETURN OF GOODS
You have 7 business days from the day you receive your order to request a refund, please take a look at your item once received.

RETURN ITEMS MUST BE IN UNUSED, ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ORIGINAL TAGS STILL ATTACHED TO IT.

If you decide you want to exchange for a different size the quickest way to do this is to return the item for a full refund (shipping charges not included) and to purchase a separate item, GRMY will not pay a second shipping charge for an item exchange.

Return charges are paid by the customer.
